Inulin ELISA Kit
The kit employs competitive ELISA method. The microplate well is coated with antigen
of Inulin, the Inulin in the sample will compete with the antibody of Inulin to combine
with the coated antigen. After adding the TMB, the labeled antibody will catalyze the
TMB. The amount of Inulin is inversely proportional to the O.D value.
